			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>It&#8217;s called <a href="https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/1146" target="_blank">ScreenGrab</a>.  It&#8217;s free and takes about 1 minute to setup.</p>
<p>This one is so useful for me.  I take a lot of screenshots, mostly for sharing an aspect of a website with someone via email or in creating a specs document for a new website that I am building.  Before installing this AWESOME extension in my browser <a href="http://www.firefox.com">Firefox</a>, I had to:</p>
<ol>
<li>take a screenshot of the entire page</li>
<li>open photoshop</li>
<li>paste in photoshop</li>
<li>crop in photoshop</li>
<li>name the file in photoshop</li>
<li>export as a jpg from photoshop</li>
</ol>
<p><strong>Now all I have to do is:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>right-click on the web page that I want to screenshot</li>
<li>select either full page or page selection</li>
<li>name the file &#8211; VOILA!  That&#8217;s it!</li>
</ol>
<p>A jpg or png version of my screenshot is now saved on my computer and ready to use.  <em>Genius.</em></p>
