Case Study: Micro-flex, Inc.
Microflex, Inc. provides software and financial solutions to government agencies through their tax-related services and tax administration software, TaxTools®.
Our first objective during the redesign was to establish a credible web presence for Microflex. Their new website needed to reflect a strong corporate image to validate them as a leader in their field and as a viable option for government agencies nationwide.
Microflex's flagship software, TaxTools, is a very specialized and powerful program. We wanted to demonstrate the "look and feel" of TaxTools to potential customers through the website without requiring any special downloads or installs. Our solution leveraged Flash technology and enabled the creator of TaxTools to lead 12 multimedia tours of the program. It is as if he were providing a live demonstration of TaxTools while sitting right next to the customer.
