Case Study: SKARBOS Furniture
SKARBOS caters to the contemporary furniture buyer in the greater-Seattle area. Their classy store with its modern product needed an improved Internet presence that matched their high quality image.
The site I built at SKARBOS.com showcases the best items in their store and allows customers to easily browse their furniture collection.
The goal of the website was to generate new sales leads and to drive traffic into their store.
Customers can request additional details on furniture by entering their contact information into a short form. Their contact information is emailed to SKARBOS and simultaneously printed to their Sales desk. Customers are contacted by a sales representative who knows exactly which product to talk about and which questions to answer.
